The Pre-Conference Workshops and SEMIC 2024 Conference will respectively take place on 26 June and 27 June at SQUARE Brussels.

Pre-Conference Workshops – 26 June:

Participants whose registration has been approved to attend the Pre-Conference Workshops on 26 June should enter via: Mont des Arts 22, 1000 Brussels.  Please refer to the below map to check the entrance. Make sure that you reach the venue at least 15 minutes in advance, as the registration may take some time.

  • Registration will open at 08:30 CET on 26 June, on the 1st floor. Please prepare your confirmation email and your badge (pre-printed) will be handed out to you.
  • Make sure to bring back your badge on 27 June if you attend SEMIC 2024 Conference. Badge numbers are limited, and we may not be able to re-print a badge for you on 27 June.
  • Pre-Conference Workshops will start at 09:00 CET on 26 June.
  • Cloakroom: Self-service cloakroom is available near the registration desk. Note that the cloakroom will not be attended.

SEMIC 2024 Conference – 27 June:

Participants whose registration has been approved to attend the SEMIC 2024 Conference on 27 June should enter via: Mont des Arts, 1000 (Glass entrance). Please refer to the below map to check the entrance. Make sure that you reach the venue at least 30 minutes in advance, as the registration may take some time.

  • Registration will open at 08:00 CET on 27 June. Please bring your confirmation email and an identification document (ID or passport) with you. Security checks will be conducted upon arrival.
  • SEMIC 2024 Conference will start at 09:00 CET on 27 June.
  • Cloakroom: Cloakroom is available near the registration desk. It will be under surveillance at all times.

The organisers will be delighted to offer the following catering to participants:

WELCOME COFFEES will be served on 26 June and 27 June from 8:30 to 9:00 CET.

SANDWICH LUNCH will be offered on 26 June and a BUFFET LUNCH will be offered on 27 June.

A COCKTAIL will be organised on 27 June from 18:00 to 19:00 CET.

The organisers do not reimburse transport costs for participants. Please read below the different types of transport to get quickly to Brussels city centre.

The Central Station of Brussels is a short walk across the Mont-des-Arts public gardens. All main tram, bus, metro, and train lines converge here, as well as the fast train from Brussels International Airport.
